Boys Volleyball - Friday Announcement

Thanks to all of the boys who attended tryouts for our CCMS volleyball teams this year. Final team rosters will be posted outside of Mr. Ryan's room this morning.

There will be a meeting for the Gr. 7 team in Mr. Quenneville's room at 12:20 today. The Gr. 8 team will also meet at 12:20 in Mr. Ryan's room.

1. There is a quick girl's volleyball meeting today in Room 15 to go over the rides for next week's games. Bring your forms with you.

2. The Caritas Club is challenging you to take the pledge for Bullying Awareness Club. Make a pledge to treat our brothers and sisters here at CCMS better and with respect. Sign your pledge and name on the banner in front of Room 14.

 Let's go Cards, let us make our school Bully Free.

1. Today is 3 out of 4 day. If you eat 3 out of the 4 food groups..grains/dairy/fruits and vegetables/meat and alternatives...you are eligible for a prize. Come down to Room 15 to fill out your ballot.

3. Caritas will be kicking of Bullying Awareness with activities over the next month... There is an important Caritas meeting today in Room 15 at lunch

Boys Volleyball - Wednesday Announcement

Thanks to all the boys who gave their best effort during the first round of volleyball tryouts. The coaches have some tough decisions to make.

Look for a list outside Mr. Ryan's room at dismissal today to see if you are invited to our final tryout scrimmage on Thursday after school until 4:45.

A reminder that there will be a boys volleyball tryout after school today until 4:30.

1. There is a girl's volleyball practice tonight after school.

2. We are starting our Healthy Incentives. In front of Room15 we have our daily health incentives. If you achieve your goal...fill out a ballot and place into the box. Each day is labelled.

Today's day is Sleepy Monday..If you slept 9 hours on any way on the weekend, fill out a ballot for great prizes.

Monday Announcement - Boys Volleyball

A reminder that there will be a boys volleyball tryout on Tuesday after school. Please know that the coaches understand that it is Halloween and that we'll be finished no later than 4:30. 

Remember to speak with Mr. Ryan, Mr. Quenneville, or Mr. D. Palamides if you are unable to attend the tryout.
