GREAT NEWS ...... WE DAY shirts have arrived and will be distributed today.  The t-shirts are in Mrs. Bares room and she will be calling students down by class through the morning.

A reminder that WE DAY is Tuesday next week.  Students will be leaving  by 9:30 and MUST bring their own lunch and drink to the event.   We are excited to have SPENCER WEST and JONATHON HOOD joining our stage this year.  Take a minute and check out there biographies if you have some time.

BALL THROW

Attention Ball Throwers!

If you attended Track & Field training camp and are interested in competing in the ball throw, please be advised that workouts will begin next week on Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30 in the Brennan field. Please bring a baseball glove and ball, if possible.

Note: If you are attending WE Day on Tuesday, please make your best effort to get out to Thursday's practice.

Look for Mr. Palamides and Mr. Levac to sign you in at practice.

Valedictorian Candidates

An important message to all Grade 8 students........

There will be an important meeting today at 12:20 pm in Miss Scott's room for any Grade 8 student interested in being the valedictorian for this year's Graduating class. If you have any questions, this would be a great meeting to find out whether you would like to accept this great responsibility.

Track and Field

There will be practice for all students trying out for the 400, 800, or 1500m at 12:00 today.  Please meet Mr Ryan and Mr Ballard at the back doors to the gym.

triple/ long jump sign up/ practice

There will be a sign up practice at the pit everyday this week for anyone who participated in the track training and who is interested in either long jump or triple jump. See Mr. Kennette at 12:25 at the sand pit.

Sprints and Relays
