Good morning CORPUS ...
This is an invitation to all students with a BIG HEART. Corpus Christi prides itself in DOING GOOD in our school, in our community and in our world. The Social Justice club is a group of individuals who gather and plan charity acts that help make the world a better place. We organize campaigns like "We Scare Hunger - food drive", we fund raise to help build schools in poorer countries in our world, we have knit hats for the homeless. This club runs all year long and will meet once a week to plan, organize and run different events for charity. It has been referred to as the Caritas club but it really is about SOCIAL JUSTICE.
If this is something you are willing and excited to be a part of please come to Mrs. Room today at 12:20. Room 26 (back near the music/dance room). Today will just be an information and sign up meeting.
