1. Tonight will be 100m runoffs to see who will make our relay team. If you want to run 100m or want to run relays, you must be there. Also if you a 200m 300m or 400 m runner, you must also be at the practice after school tonight. After school practices will be on rain or shine. If it rains, we will have an indoor workout in the gym.
