After School

Due to the weather conditions, there will be no after school track today. We will resume practise on Monday.

Ball Throw Practice

There will be a ball throw practice at lunchtime today. Please meet Mr. Palamides and Mr. Ballard for 12:30 in the field. Bring your baseball glove.

Track

Track practice resumes today after school. If you are a sprinter, or a relay runner, you must be at practice today after school. We will also be running off for the 300 m and 400 m tonight after school.

Ball Throw

Attention to all Ball Throwers who attended track and field training camp:

Ball throw practices will be on Wednesday's at lunch starting next week. If you are interested in being a ball thrower, please sign your name on the chart paper outside Mr. D. Palamides' room.

Don't forget to bring a baseball glove every Wednesday for practice.

Track and Field

For those who have participated in the camp, we will have 100 metre and 200 metre run-offs for the team on Wednesday after school instead of Tuesday after school. If you want to run 100, 200 or relay, you must be at practice on Wednesday after school.

Valedictorian

A message to all Grade 8's..... Do you want to be the voice of your graduating class? Do you have some ideas and wisdom to share with your classmates. On Monday, May 15, come to Miss Scott's room at lunch, if you are interested in being the 2017 CCMS Valedictorian. This meeting will be an opportunity to learn more about this coveted position and offer you a chance to see if you would like to represent your peers.
