WEDNESDAY HEALTH ANNOUCEMENT

     A Healthy announcement from Ethan MacArthur.


Being healthy is important. I know that eating chips,

cookies and stuff like that taste good but there could be negative consequences of eating a lot of junk food.

In 2013, 42 million infants and young children were overweight or obese, worldwide1 and 70 million young children will be overweight or obese by 2025 if current trends continue.1

So let us aim to make more healthy choices in our lives. Next time you go to that fridge, grab a healthy snack. Your heart will thank you.
