You should encourage healthy eating habits like consuming low-fat or even non-fat milk. You should also diet on Lean meats. And drink lots of water.
Make your favourite dishes more healthy, For example if your favourite dish is Grilled Cheese, You can include 12 grain bread and use non processed cheese out of the plastic.
Get involved in activities! Because if you do it increases bone strength, Increases your self esteem, and reduces stress and anxiety.
