Health it is in our everyday life  it surrounds us. We should eat healthy because it causes us to be less prone to diseases and sickness. Some tips to stay healthy are to have six hand fulls of each food group these food groups include of dairy products including cheese and milk wheat, vegetables, fruit, meat, and other foods. If your surroundings are eating healthy food  it may encourage you to eat healthy.
